职业教育“订单式”人才培养体系研究

Research on the “Order-type” Talent Training System of Vocational Education

随着职业教育的不断发展,“订单式”教育模式成为职业教育的重要方式之一,不仅进一步提高了应用型人才的培养质量,也推动了校企合作的进一步发展,为经济的健康转型奠定了良好的基础。“订单式”人才培养模式是立足于岗位需求建立起来的科学培养方案,为毕业生的就业提供了强有力的帮助,有效地缓解了毕业生就业难、专业不对口的问题,受到职业教育界的广泛重视。因此,本文立足于职业教育,对“订单式”人才培养体系进行研究,以供参考。

With the continuous development of vocational education, “order-type” education mode has become one of the important ways of vocational education, which not only further improves the training quality of applied talents, but also promotes the further development of school-enterprise cooperation, and lays a good foundation for the healthy transformation of economy. The “order-type” talent training mode is a scientific training program established based on the job demand, which provides strong help for the employment of graduates, effectively alleviates the problems of graduate employment difficulties and different majors, and has been widely valued by the vocational education circle. Therefore, based on vocational education, this paper studies the “order-type” talent training system for reference.
