劳动教育融入高职院校学生职业能力培养的路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Integrating Labor Education into Vocational Ability Training of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业教育是国家人才培养体系的重要组成部分,肩负着培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要职责。职业能力是大学生步入社会、胜任工作岗位所必要的能力,是高职院校人才培养的重点。劳动教育是促进大学生全面发展和成长成才的重要环节。将劳动教育融入大学生职业能力培养,既是劳动教育的内在要求,也是高职院校职业能力培养的必要途径。文章分析了目前高职院校学生职业能力培养现状,阐释了劳动教育与大学生职业能力培养的内在联系和两者融合的必要性,并从协同育人理念、课程体系革新、实践平台搭建以及“双师型”师资队伍建设等方面进行了两者融合路径的探析。

Vocational education is an important part of the national talent training system, and it shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. Vocational ability is the ability necessary for college students to step into the society and be competent for their jobs, and it is the focus of talent training quality in higher vocational education. Labor education is an important link to promote the all-round development and growth of college students. Integrating labor education into college students’ vocational ability training is not only an inherent requirement of labor education, but also a necessary way of vocational ability training in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational ability training of students in higher vocational colleges, and explains the internal connection between labor education and vocational ability training about college students, and emphasizes the necessity of their integration. Moreover, the integration paths are analyzed from the aspects of collaborative education concept, curriculum system innovation, practice platform construction, and “double-qualified teacher” team construction.
