“课程思政”融入大学生职业生涯规划课程的路径探索 被引量:2

摘要 在大学生职业生涯规划课程的分析中,结合课程思政的教育标准,从课程理论、课程实践方向入手,以学生职业生涯课程必要性出发,了解职业生涯课程现状,分析职业生涯课程改进方向。以此为依据,保障课程思政在融入大学生职业生涯规划课程后能够发挥实质作用。我国对于大学生职业生涯规划课程有较高的关注度,如深圳大学作为试点学校。首先引进课程思政融合计划,为学生提供全方面的教育引导。让学生具备独特的思想价值观,在立德树人方面发挥着积极作用。将课程思政理念融入职业生涯课程规划,创新人才培养标准。作为后续教育必然方向,在课程思政职业生涯规划中需要集中体现,为学生后续学习注入新鲜活力。 In the analysis of college students’ career planning courses, combined with the curriculum ideological and political education standards, from the curriculum theory, curriculum practice direction, and based on the necessity of students’ career courses, it aims to understand the current situation of career courses and analyze the direction of career course improvement. And on this basis, it ensures that the ideological and political courses can play a substantial role after integrating into college students’ career planning courses. China has paid high attention to career planning courses for college students, such as Shenzhen University as a pilot school. First of all, the curriculum ideological and political integration plan is introduced to provide students with all aspects of education and guidance. Let the students have a unique ideological values, and play a positive role in the moral education. Integrate the ideological and political concepts of courses into career course planning, and innovate talent training standards. As an inevitable direction of follow-up education, it needs to be centrally reflected in the ideological and political career planning of the curriculum to inject fresh vitality into students’ follow-up learning.
