思政元素难以融入“二元制”人才培养模式的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Ideological and Political Elements Difficult to Integrate into the “Dual System” Talent Training Mode

相对于普通高校的全日制大专生,“二元制”学生既是企业职工又是在读大专学生的双重身份,思政元素融入人才培养模式的问题同样不容忽视。本文通过问卷及访谈了解到,思政元素的认同感、企业的政策保障以及学校的课程思政教学组织这三个方面是影响思政元素难以融入“二元制”人才培养模式的因素。

“Dual system” students are not only staff in enterprises but also students in colleges in contrast to full-time students in junior colleges. The problem of ideological and political elements blending into personnel cultivating model cannot be ignored. The questionnaires and the interviews show that the identification of ideological and political elements, the policy guarantee of enterprises and the teaching organization of ideological and political courses affect the integration of ideological and political elements blending into the “dual system” personnel cultivating mode.
