加强高职院校行政教辅党员教育管理工作的路径研究

高校生党员群体是建设中国特色社会主义事业的中流砥柱,是党的储备力量和可靠接班人,其能够为我们党输入新鲜血液,为党的发展提供活力。高职院校党员教育管理工作是高校生党员的入口,其所肩负的责任巨大。但当前高职院校党组织在发展学生党员、党员教育管理工作中存在一定的问题。高职院校党员工作管理者需要与行政教辅人员同心协力,通过提高相关工作人员综合素养的提升、加强对学生党员的理念教育、创新高校党建方式等措施促进高职院校党员教育管理工作有效性的提升。

College student Party members are the mainstay of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and are the Party’s reserve strength and reliable successors, which can input fresh blood for our Party and provide vitality for the development of the Party. The education and management of Party members in higher vocational colleges is the entrance of Party members in college students, and it shoulders a huge responsibility. However, there are some problems in the education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges. The managers of Party members in higher vocational colleges need to work together with the administrative teaching staff to promote the effectiveness of Party members in higher vocational colleges by improving the comprehensive quality of relevant staff, strengthening the concept education of student Party members, and innovating the way of Party building in colleges and universities.
