摘要 区块链技术的特点是去中心化特点,通过对化工企业环境污染治理中的分布式账本技术进行研究,可以有效地提升化工企业环境污染治理的效率。区块链是基于信任与价值共享的分布式数据库。通过区块链数据不可篡改性和透明性,为政府和企业之间建立起信任机制,减少信息不对称问题。另外利用区块链数据可追溯特性和去中心化特性,使得环境保护部门能够及时掌握企业的污染治理情况。化工企业的废气排放,必须按照高标准进行。利用区块链技术监测污染物的排放,构建一个美丽绿色家园。基于此,文章将区块链的内涵作为研究起点,探讨了区块链技术在化工企业环境保护应用的制约因素,重点对区块链技术在化工企业环境污染治理上的应用进行了分析。 Blockchain technology is characterized by decentralization. By studying the distributed ledger technology in environmental pollution control of chemical enterprises, the efficiency of environmental pollution control of chemical enterprises can be effectively improved. Blockchain is a distributed database based on trust and value sharing. Through the non-tampering and transparency of blockchain data, a trust mechanism is established between the government and enterprises, and the problem ofinformation asymmetry is reduced. In addition, using the traceability and decentralization of blockchain data, the environmental protection department can grasp the pollution control situation of enterprises in time. The exhaust emissions of chemical enterprises must be carried out according to high standards. Use blockchain technology to monitor pollutant emissions and build a beautiful and green country. Based on this, this paper takes the connotation of blockchain as the research starting point, discusses the restrictive factors of blockchain technology’s application in environmental protection of chemical enterprises, and emphatically analyzes the application of blockchain technology in environmental pollution control of chemical enterprises.
