Cost Control of Bohai Exploration Well under Red Line Assessment and Multi-point Simultaneous Operation

近年来,随着渤海勘探开发部署持续推进,从2019年起渤海探井钻井工作量增加近三分之一。与此同时,以作业周期短为普遍特点的常规探井占据渤海探井工作量三分之二以上,“量大”“密集”“窗口小”等增加了成本管控难度。文章阐述以费控工程师为成本管控的第一执行者,通过主观协同,全过程参与,有效的实施成本管控。

In recent years, with the continuous promotion of exploration and development deployment in the Bohai Sea, the drilling workload of exploration wells in the Bohai Sea has increased by nearly one third since 2019. At the same time, conventional exploration wells with short operation cycle as the common feature account for more than two-thirds of the workload of exploration wells in the Bohai Sea, and “large volume”, “intensive” and“ small window” increase the difficulty of cost control. The article expounds that the cost control engineer is the first executor of cost control and effectively implements cost control through subjective coordination and whole-process participation.
