数字经济发展对企业绿色技术创新的影响研究——基于异质性环境规制工具的门槛效应分析

The impact of digital economy development on green innovation of enterprises:Threshold effect analysis based on heterogeneous environmental regulation tools

基于2015—2019年省级面板数据,本文运用熵值法对30个省份的数字经济发展水平进行测算,进而分析了异质性环境规制工具下数字经济发展对企业绿色创新的影响。研究结果表明:数字经济发展显著正向影响企业绿色技术创新。另外,进一步设定以环境规制为门槛变量的面板门槛模型,研究发现,当以命令控制型和费用型环境规制作为门槛,随着其加强,数字经济发展对企业绿色技术创新的积极影响程度提升。当以投资型环境规制作为门槛,并跨过门槛时,数字经济发展的促进效应降低。研究表明数字经济发展对绿色创新的影响与环境规制的类型密切相关,意味着数字经济发展的支持政策需要与严格且恰当设计的环境规制相结合才能有效促进企业的绿色创新。

Based on 2015—2019 provincial panel data,this paper uses the entropy method to measure the digital economy development level of 30 provinces,and then analyzes the impact of digital economy development on enterprises’green innovation under the tool of heterogeneous environmental regulation.The results show that the development of digital economy has a significant positive impact on enterprises’green technology innovation.In addition,the panel threshold model with environmental regulation as the threshold variable is further set.The research finds that when the command-and-control and cost-based environmental regulation are taken as the threshold,the positive impact of the development of digital economy on enterprises’green technology innovation will increase with the strengthening of the threshold.When the investment environmental regulation is taken as the threshold and crossed,the promoting effect of the development of digital economy decreases.This study shows that the impact of digital economy development on green innovation is closely related to the types of environmental regulations,which means that supporting policies for digital economy development need to be combined with strict and properly designed environmental regulations to effectively promote green innovation of enterprises.
