共建共享理念下大学生劳动教育的价值意蕴及实践理路 被引量:1

The value implication and practical ways of labor education for college students under the concept of co-construction and sharing

摘要 共建共享理念下大学生劳动教育的实施,有助于帮助大学生树立社会主义奋斗理想,掌握劳动实践综合能力,树立社会主义劳动担当意识。当前,大学生参与主体劳动教育观念薄弱,共建格局尚未有序形成;共建主体相对分散,难以形成殷实劳动教育合力;制度保障略显不足,共建育人缺乏有效指引是大学生劳动教育协同共建既定目标达成的现实困境。因此,需要树立正确育人理念,营造良好环境氛围;畅通共建对话渠道,凝聚共建合力;做好顶层设计,以制度保障系统推进大学生劳动教育。 The implementation of labor education for college students under the concept of co-construction and sharing is constructive to help college students establish the socialist ideal of struggle,grasp the comprehensive ability of labor practice,and build the awareness of socialist labor responsibility. At present,the concept of college students participating in labor education is weak,and the pattern of co-construction has not been orderly formed. The main body of co-construction is relatively scattered,it is difficult to form a strong labor education join force. The lack of system guarantee and the lack of effective guidance are the realistic difficulties to achieve the established goals of labor education for college students under the concept of co-construction and sharing. Therefore,it is necessary to establish the correct concept of education and create a good environment,open channels for dialogue and build synergy,do a good job of top-level design to promote labor education for college students by system guarantee system.
