摘要
本文研究了在悬臂水池中进行海流能发电装置叶片的水动力性能测试的可行性。首先自主设计了一台300W级的对转桨海流能发电装置,通过CFD数值模拟仿真分析了该发电装置在拖曳水池中(直线运动)和悬臂水池中(大半径旋转运动)的叶片水动力性能曲线,然后在悬臂水池中进行试验对比验证。通过数值模拟和试验对比研究发现,叶轮在拖曳水池中进行直线运动测试和在悬臂水池中进行大半径旋转运动测试得到的结果较为接近,说明通过悬臂水池测试海流能水轮机叶片水动力特性可行,为海流能发电装置在悬臂水池中进行性能测试提供了依据。
In this paper, the feasibility of testing the hydrodynamic performance of a tidal turbine blade in a rotating arm tank was studied. Firstly, a 300W class counter-rotating type horizontal axis tidal turbine was designed independently. Through CFD numerical simulation, the hydrodynamic performance curves of the turbine blades in towed tank(linear motion) and rotating arm tank(large radius rotating motion) were analyzed, and then the test was compared and verified in rotating arm tank. Through numerical simulation and experiment comparison study, it is found that the blades tested linear motion in the towing tank and the large radius rotary motion test in rotating arm tank results are relatively close to that by rotating arm test can apply in tidal turbine blade hydrodynamic characteristics. This research provide the basis for the tidal turbine performance testing in the rotating arm tank.
