摘要
分别采用10 mL细胞培养瓶和96孔细胞培养板,采用不同条件培养病毒和不同稀释液稀释病毒,以检测伪狂犬病活疫苗病毒含量和比较结果的稳定性。结果显示,使用A、B、C、D四种方法测定伪狂犬病活疫苗病毒含量,对其稳定性的影响差异不显著;在生产实践中,因其便利性和实用性,采用细胞板测定法逐渐成为生产企业的首选,并有替代细胞瓶测定法的趋势。
10 m L cell culture flask and 96 well cell culture plate were used respectively to culture the virus under different conditions and dilute the virus with different dilutions to detect the virus content of live pseudorabies vaccine and compare the stability of the results. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the stability of live pseudorabies vaccine by using four methods A,B, C and D;In the production practice, because of its convenience and practicality, cell plate assay has gradually become the first choice of manufacturers, and there is a trend to replace cell bottle assay.
