融合教育视野下乡村教师专业发展的困惑与纾解 被引量:1

摘要 融合教育是教育公平的重要保障,也是未来教育的发展趋势。融合教育的开展是实现教育现代化的重要抓手,也是达成我国乡村振兴战略目标的题中之义。在我国幅员辽阔的农村地区,农村学校融合教育的顺利实施依赖于乡村教师的专业发展。目前乡村教师在融合教育专业发展方面面临一些问题,如融合教育理念不明晰、专业发展意识不强、融合教育专业知识欠缺和专业发展途径不通畅。基于此,文章提出助力我国开展乡村融合教育的几点建议,即:树立乡村教师融合教育理念;强化乡村教师专业发展意识;夯实乡村教师专业素养;完善乡村教师培训体系。 Inclusive education is an important guarantee of education equity,as well as the development trend of future education.The development of inclusive education is an important way to realize the modernization of education,and also the key to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization in China.In China’s vast rural areas,the smooth implementation of inclusive education in rural schools depends on the professional development of rural teachers.At present,rural teachers are facing some problems in the professional development of inclusive education,such as unclear concept of inclusive education,weak awareness of professional development,inadequacy in professional knowledge of inclusive education and blocked professional development path.Based on this,the paper puts forward several suggestions to help carry out inclusive education in rural areas,namely,establish the concept of rural teachers’inclusive education;strengthen their professional development consciousness;consolidate their professional quality and improve their training system.
