摘要
“双减”政策的出台是我国进行教育教学改革,推动教育公平与高质量发展的重要举措,对学生作业设计、学校课后服务、校外教育治理等都提出了相关的要求。教师作为政策实施的重要主体之一,“双减”之后在工作中存在着平衡个人工作与生活、家校沟通合作、教学质量提升等方面的压力与挑战,需要通过优化学校课后服务管理、缓解家长教育焦虑、推动家校协同育人、优化教师培训与校本教研等措施加以消减,为教师营造良好的教育教学环境,助力“双减”政策目标的达成。
The introduction of the“Double Reduction”policy is an important measure for China to carry out education and teaching reform,promote education fairness and high-quality development,which puts forward relevant requirements for students’homework design,after-school services,and off-campus education governance.As one of the important subjects of policy implementation,teachers face pressure and challenges in balancing personal work and life,home-school communication and cooperation,and teaching quality improvement in their work after the“Double Reduction”,which needs to be reduced by optimizing after-school service management,alleviating parents’education anxiety,promoting home-school collaborative education,optimizing teacher training and school-based teaching and research,to create a good educational and teaching environment for teachers,and help to achieve the goal of“Double Reduction”policy.
