摘要
乡村小学教师是乡村教育的主要实施者,加强乡村小学教师队伍建设有助于推进我国乡村振兴、实现教育强国。作者通过对福建省乡村小学教师队伍结构和专业素养现状进行调查研究发现:乡村小学教师在队伍结构方面存在性别失衡、年龄青黄不接、“学差为师”、教师身兼多科的问题,在专业素养方面存在教学水平中等,不同教龄、学历的教师专业素养存在显著差异的问题。为此,文章建议改善乡村小学教师队伍结构、提升专业水平,需要多措并举、加强培训。
Teachers in rural primary schools are the main implementers of rural education.Strengthening the construction of teaching staff in rural primary schools will be helpful to push forward the vitalization of rural areas and realize education power in China.Through the investigation into the current situation of structure and professional quality of rural primary school teaching staff in Fujian Province,the author finds that there are some problems in the structure of rural primary school teaching staff,such as gender imbalance,great shortage of young teachers to follow up the old experienced ones,tendency of“poor learners to be teachers”and one teacher to teach many subjects simultaneously,and there are also some problems in the professional quality,such as mediocre teaching level and significant differences among teachers with different teaching ages and academic qualifications.Therefore,the paper suggests that multiple measures should be taken simultaneously and training should be strengthened to improve the structure of rural primary school teaching staff and enhance their professional level.
