学习型城市建设背景下终身教育思想引领家校社协同发展行动变革

The Idea of Lifelong Education Leads the Coordinated Development and Reform of Home,School and Community in the Context of Learning City Construction

终身教育思想是构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系和学习型社会建设的理论基础,深刻影响着世界各国的教育发展与社会建设,为各级各类教育改革提供了理论指导。本文以终身教育理论为指导,以家校社协同发展为切入点,以构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系为目标,提出家校社协同育人机制的基础是家庭、学校、社会三主体的发展与协同。在实践中要以终身学习理念变革教育参与者的心智模式,引领社区教育发挥校外教育职能,研发设计高质量家校社协同教育项目,实现家校社协同育人,从而推动学习型城市建设行动计划的落实。

The idea of lifelong education is a theoretical basis for building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all and the construction of a learning society.It has profoundly influenced the development of education and social construction of all countries around the world,and provided theoretical guidance for all types and levels of education reform.Taking the theory of lifelong education as a guide and the coordinated development of homeschool-community as a starting point,this paper,aimed at building an education system of lifelong learning for all,proposes that the basis of a home-school-community collaborative education mechanism is the development and synergy of the three subjects of family,school and community.In practice,it is necessary to change the mental model of education participants with the concept of lifelong learning,lead community education to play the function of after-school education,develop high-quality home-school-community collaborative education programs so as to implement the action plan for learning city construction.
