Integrating Community Education into Community Governance to Promote the Construction of a Learning City:Reflections on Cultivating Neighborhood-Based Learning Community in Yanqing District

终身学习是应对世界百年未有之大变局的关键举措,终身学习需要终身教育体系建设和学习型城市建设的有力支撑。社区教育是终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是推进学习型城市建设的重要载体。培育社区学习共同体是新时代社区教育高质量发展的有效途径,在如何以社区学习共同体建设推进社区教育融入社区治理,推进《北京市学习型城市建设行动计划(2021—2025年)》有效实施方面,延庆区培育工作提供了有益借鉴。

Lifelong learning is a major initiative to cope with the unprecedented changes in the world.Lifelong learning needs the strong support of lifelong education system and learning city construction.Community education is an important part of lifelong education system and an important carrier to promote the building of a learning city.Cultivating neighborhood-based learning community is an effective way for high-quality development of community education in the new era.Its construction can promote the integration of community education with community governance,and will enormously contribute to the implementation of"Beijing Learning City Construction Action Plan(2021-2025)".The cultivation work in Yanqing District can provide useful reference for us.
