新时代背景下成人高校“工学用创”人才培养模式研究

A Study of the Talent Training Model of"Work,Study,Use and Innovation"in Adult Colleges in the New Era

现代信息技术的飞速发展极大地改变了成人高等教育人才培养生态环境,急需加快人才培养模式改革。针对成人高等教育人才培养模式已不适应学生认知特点和社会需求的现状,“工学用创”人才培养模式首次提出以工商企业管理专业学生职业发展为主体,以知识更新为路径、以应用能力培养为导向、以创新创业素养提升为目标,加快人才培养由“知识型”向“应用型”“创新型”转型升级,对推动成人高等教育乃至终身教育高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。

The rapid development of modern information technology has greatly changed the ecological environment of talent training in adult colleges,and it is urgent to reform the personnel training model.As the existing system for cultivating talent is no longer suitable for the cognitive characteristics of adult students as well as current social needs,the cultivation model of"Work,Study,Use and Innovation"is proposed,which takes business administration majors as the research object focusing on their career development,knowledge updating,application ability developing,innovation and entrepreneurship capability cultivating and improving so as to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of talent development from knowledge-based to application and innovation-based.This research has great significance for high-quality development of adult higher education and lifelong education as well.
