行走在理论与实践之间:教师研修的新理念与新路径

Integrating Theory with Practice:A New Idea and New Approach for Teacher Training

摘要 在持续多年的实践探索与理论研究过程中,张铁道与他众多合作者共同创建并不断完善了教师研修的实践知识体系,为教师研修理论通往实践搭建桥梁,助推教师研修的提质增效。研究通过分析提炼新型教师研修案例,发现了理论与实践相互交融、螺旋作用的教师研修理念与路径,着重关注了众筹式研修特点与作用及未来发展方向,指出了研修与实践双向赋能,螺旋迭代的发展过程。 In recent years,Zhang Tiedao and his collaborators have devoted themselves to continuous practical exploration and theoretical research on teacher training.And their offorts have created and constantly improved the related practical knowledge system.It is helpful to build a bridge between academic theory and instructional practice to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher training.Through refining and analyzing new cases of teacher training,they find that the blend and interaction of theory and practice are a new idea and approach for teacher training.This paper focuses on the characteristics,functions and future directions of crowdfunding teacher training.Moreover,the training and research improve each other.It is a process of spiral iteration.
