两孔插头护套的电阻折弯工艺与注射模设计

摘要 分析了一款插头护套与电阻的一体化产品功能需求,采用电阻折弯-插头压接-装配组合-注射增塑的成形工艺流程,实现产品的一体化制造。介绍了电阻引脚先直后拐的折弯加工简易工艺装备的设计;重点阐明了对电阻进行密封与固定的新塑件的产品设计,并从分型面的选择、浇口形式及位置确定、抽芯滑块设计以及模具工作原理等方面详细叙述了注射模具设计。经实际生产验证,新塑件的密封固定性能完全符合使用要求,电阻折弯加工方法简便可行,注射成型工艺过程稳定可靠,可满足快速化批量生产的需求。 The functionalrequirementsof a plug sheath and resistance integrated product were analyzed,and the forming process of resistance bending,plug crimping,assembly combination and injection plasticizing was adopted to realize the integrated manufacturing of the product.This paper introduces the design of simple technology equipment for bending process of resistance pin straightening first and then turning.The product design of the new plastic parts for sealing and fixing the resistance is introduced,and the design of the injection mold is elaborated in detail from the aspects of the selection of parting surface,the determination of the form and position of the gate,the design of the core-pulling slider and the working principle of the mold.After the actual production verification,the sealing and fixing performance of the new plastic parts fully meet the use requirements,the resistance bending processing method is simple and feasible,the injection molding process is stable and reliable,which can meet the needs of rapid mass production.
