摘要
模具型腔面做皮纹是实现塑件皮纹外观的重要环节,塑件外观皮纹亮度等受制于皮纹喷砂制作工艺和注射工艺等影响较大。通过对模具皮纹喷砂工艺机理描述,辅助于试验证明喷砂工艺砂砾结构等差异对塑件皮纹亮度的影响,分析了模具皮纹复制后塑件外观光学反射机理,影响塑件皮纹亮度视觉感官效果。针对注射工艺条件差异对塑件皮纹亮度的影响,现场试验验证注射工艺中模具温度和注射压力等不同是影响皮纹亮度的因素。以此解决了塑件皮纹亮度在实际生产中不易控制的困惑,满足了不同产品皮纹状态的实际需求,得到用户的认同。
Molding cavity surface skin molding is an important link to realize the appearance of the skin molding of plastic parts,the appearance of skin molding brightness is subject to the sand blasting process and injection molding process,and so on.In this paper,by describing the mechanism of the sand blasting process of the plastic mold,the influence of the difference of the sand and gravel structure on the brightness of the plastic mold was proved through the test,and the optical reflection mechanism of the appearance of the plastic was analyzed after the mold mold was copied,which would affect the visual sensory effect of the brightness of the plastic mold.In view of the influence of the difference of injection process conditions on the brightness of the skin lines,the field test verifies that the difference of mold temperature and injection pressure in the injection process is the factor that affects the brightness of the skin lines.This solves the confusion that the brightness of the skin pattern of plastic parts is not easy to control in the actual production,meets the actual needs of the skin pattern state of different products,and gets the recognition of users.
