应用型高校专业设置调整不严谨,人才培养过程中的应用型主导不突出,对“人人持证、技能河南”建设的认识不足、方法不当等,都不利于向市场培养输送更多急需人才而更好地履行服务社会职能。作为“人人持证、技能河南”建设的主力军,应用型高校只有提高角色定位认识、强化实践教学提升、瞄准市场发展需求,才能在准确履行职能过程中实现自身核心竞争力的提升。
