论述天目釉的制备与烧制

On the Preparation and Firing of Tianmu Glazes

本文介绍了一种用氧化铁、滑石、钾长石、重钙等原料,用正交实验法和单项变量法进行实验研究。通过调整氧化铁、滑石、钾长石、重钙等原料的加入量、烧成温度等因素,获得了釉面效果较好的天目釉。实验结果表明,较好的釉面效果配方组成为(Wt%):钾长石60石英20高岭土10氧化铁8重钙10滑石10。

This paper introduces a kind of experimental research using iron oxide, talc, potassium feldspar, heavy calcium and other raw materials by orthogonal experiment method and single variable method. By adjusting the addition of various raw materials, fi ring temperature and other factors, the Tianmu glaze with better glaze ef fect was obtained. The experimental results show that the composition of the better glaze ef fect formulation is(Wt%): potassium feldspar 60, quartz 20, kaolin 10, iron oxide 8, heavy calcium 10, talc 10.
