我国公共图书馆法人治理结构的研究现状与展望

Research Status and Prospect of Corporate Governance Structure of Public Libraries in China

梳理了公共图书馆法人治理结构研究历年发文概况并划分为三个阶段,将公共图书馆法人治理结构研究总结为宏观、中观和微观三个层面。就研究现状来看,宏观层面,图书馆治理理论研究乏力;中观层面,法人治理结构建设研究失衡;微观层面,出现实践探索重心有所偏移等问题。提出需要创新研究视角,加强跨学科融合;扩大研究范围,填补研究缺失;聚焦重心,理顺多方复杂关系的建议,以期为未来公共图书馆法人治理结构研究和实践探索提供参考。

This paper combs the overview of the research on the corporate governance structure of public libraries over the years and divides it into three stages, and summarizes its research into three levels: macro, meso and micro.According to the current research status, the research of library governance was weak at the macro level;the research on the construction of corporate governance structure was unbalanced at the meso level;the micro level has problems such as shifting the focus of practice and exploration.The paper proposes suggestions that it is necessary to innovate research perspectives and strengthen interdisciplinary integration, expand the scope of research to fill in research gaps, and focus on the center of gravity to straighten out the complex relationships of multiple parties, so as to provide reference for the research and practical exploration of the corporate governance structure of public libraries in the future.
