This paper summarizes the concept and internal requirements of evidence-based decision-making, analyzes the necessity of knowledge service of smart library for evidence-based decision-making, expounds the construction path of knowledge service model oriented to evidence-based decision-making from three dimensions: digital intelligence integration, evidence chain improvement and core librarians training, points out the shortcomings of current knowledge service model of smart library for evidence-based decision-making, and summarizes related optimization strategies from the aspects of knowledge database expansion, functional module expansion and center strategy improvement.
