Construction of Health Care Information Service Platform Based on Information Foraging Theory

文章分析当前各类康养信息服务平台存在的层次浅显、融合不足、渠道过于单一等问题,认为信息服务机构可利用信息觅食理论结合老年用户的信息行为,构建以满足康养需求流程为依据的聚合式老年康养信息服务平台。合理布局文本、数据、音频和视频等类型的信息线索,探索集自助服务、信息资源管理、信息服务、信息发布、辅助服务、电子商务于一体的更能满足老年用户需求的康养信息服务模式。

This paper analyzes the problems of various health care information service platforms, such as shallow level, insufficient integration and too single channel, and holds that information service organizations can use the information foraging theory combined with the information behavior of elderly users to build an aggregated health care information service platform for the elderly based on the process of meeting health care needs.Reasonable layout of text, data, audio, video and other types of information clues, explore a health care information service model that integrates self-service, information resource management, information services, information release, auxiliary services and e-commerce to better meet the needs of elderly users.
