摘要
普职融合发展是中考分流合理化的必然要求,是教育适应经济结构转型升级、学校特色发展和学生个性发展的价值诉求。普职分离造成教育结构和质量与社会需求严重脱节,不仅使中考竞争更加白热化,也使教育分流制度改革面临认识不足、政策不畅、机制不顺的挑战。打破普职分离僵局,开创普职融合发展新局,形成教育高质量发展的不竭动力,必须建立联合推进机制,畅通政策传导机制,构筑横向融通机制,创新纵向贯通机制。
The integration of general education and vocational education is the inevitable requirement of the rational diversion of the secondary school entrance examination, and is also the value demand of the education to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure, the development of the school characteristics and the development of the students’ personality. The separation of general education and vocational leads to serious disconnection between the structure and quality of education and the needs of society, which not only results in the competition of secondary school entrance examination more intense, but also makes the reform of educational diversion system face the challenges of insufficient understanding, poor policy and poor mechanism. In order to break the deadlock of the separation of general and vocational education to create a new situation of the integration and development of general and vocational education and form an inexhaustible driving force for the high-quality development of education, it is necessary to establish a joint promotion mechanism, an unimpeded policy transmission mechanism, construct a horizontal integration mechanism and innovate a new vertical integration mechanism.
