摘要
义务教育均衡发展是我国持续关注的议题。当前义务教育优质均衡的主要瓶颈在于乡村薄弱学校,主要表现在教学资源适配度低、优质教师资源不足、教育管理模式落后等方面。针对这些问题,可从乡村学校义务教育质量提升、乡村教师资源缺口填补和乡村学校管理精准施策三个方面探讨促进义务教育优质均衡发展之路。
The balanced development of compulsory education is a continuous concern in our country. At present, the main bottleneck to realize the high-quality balance of compulsory education lies in the rural low-performing schools, mainly in the aspects of adaptation of teaching resources, the shortage of high-quality teacher resources, and the inefficiency of educational management. This study combines big data and artificial intelligence technology to empower compulsory education in rural low-performing schools, and explores the pathway to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education from three aspects: improving the quality of compulsory education in rural schools, filling the gap in rural teacher resources, and precisely implementing the management policies in rural schools.
