颠覆性技术的价值评价体系构建及实证研究——基于AHP和熵权法 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,颠覆性技术已受到国家和社会各方面的高度关注。通过分析颠覆性技术特征,在此基础上运用扎根理论获取颠覆性技术的价值评价指标,构建一套科学、合理的颠覆性技术价值评价体系,再采用AHP和熵权法组合赋权的形式确定指标权重,并以无人驾驶技术为例,验证该体系的可行性,最后从技术升级、企业发展和政策落实3个方面分析颠覆性技术价值评价体系的作用。该体系为颠覆性技术的价值发现提供参考,也为后续颠覆性技术研究提供新思路。 In recent years,disruptive technologies have received high attention from various sectors of the state and society.By analyzing the characteristics of disruptive technologies,using the grounded theory to obtain the value evaluation indicators of disruptive technologies,constructing a scientific and reasonable value evaluation system for disruptive technologies,and then using AHP and entropy weight method to combine and assign weights to the indicators,and taking autonomous driving technology as an example to verify the feasibility of the system,this study finally analyzes the role of the value evaluation system of disruptive technologies from three aspects including technology upgrading,enterprise development and policy implementation.This system provides reference for the value discovery of disruptive technologies and also provides new ideas for future research on disruptive technologies.
