摘要
英国地质调查局和英国未来城市机构、英国地形测量局共同开展了一项以“冰山”命名的项目,旨在提醒人们在制定城市规划时需关注城市地下空间,并通过展示哪里有什么、谁持有相关数据、谁可以获得这些数据等,进而解决城市地下信息缺乏、地下空间管理不协调等问题。管理好地下数据,可增加土地开发的可行性,并降低未来投资风险。本文借鉴“冰山”项目实践,为我国完善国土空间信息平台,建设三维地质信息平台,促进地质调查工作支撑城市地上地下一体化空间规划建设提供解决思路。
In order to draw people’s attention to underground space in urban planning,the British Geological Survey,Future Cities Catapult,and the Ordnance Survey have jointly launched a project named"Iceberg".By showing what is there,who keeps relevant data,who can obtain the data,etc.,this project helps solve serious problems such as the lack of urban underground information and the uncoordinated management of underground space.This means good management of underground data can increase the feasibility of land development and reduce the risk of future investment.The practice of the Project Iceberg actually provides solutions to improving China’s land spatial information platform,constructing a 3D geological information platform,and promoting the geological survey to support the urban planning and construction of integrated above-ground and underground space.
