人防标识系统标准设计要点研究

Study on the Key Points of Standard Design of Civil Air Defense Marking System

随着城市地下空间的不断开发,人民防空工程的功能也呈现出多样化发展的局面。为打造与上海社会主义现代化国际大都市相适应的人民防空工程形象,规范人民防空工程标识系统,上海市民防办公室制定了《上海市民防工程标识系统技术标准》。本文基于该技术性指导文件的规定,对现有相关标准以及实际需求进行分析,总结得出切实、有效、可行的人防标识系统设计要点,并提出相关设计建议,以期更好地帮助人民防空工程得到正确识别、安全使用和维护管理,有效发挥战时防护效能,为形成全国统一的人防标识系统制式提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of urban underground space, the functions of civil air defense engineering have also become diversified. In order to create an image of civil air defense engineering that fits in with Shanghai as a modern international metropolis and standardize the marking system of civil air defense engineering, the Shanghai Civil Defense Office has developed the Technical Standard for Shanghai Civil Defense Engineering Marking System. Based on the provisions of the technical document, this paper analyzes the existing standards and the actual demands, summarizes the practical, effective and feasible design key points of the air-defense marking system, and puts forward relevant suggestions, which can better help civil air defense identify object correctly, work safely and achieve safe operation and maintenance management, so as to play a effective role in wartime. It provides reference for the establishment of national uniform air defense marking system.
