企业标准化在企业的生产、经营、管理等方面具有十分重要的作用,对于提高企业质量管理水平具有重要意义。本文阐述了企业标准化的作用和意义,重点对企业标准体系中管理标准体系、技术标准体系和工作标准体系三大组成部分进行了详细的实施效果分析,并从节约成本的角度定性分析企业标准化带来的经济效果。

Enterprise standardization plays a very important role in the production, operation and management of enterprises, and is of great signifi cance for improving the quality management level of enterprises. This paper expounds the role and signifi cance of enterprise standardization, analyzes the implementation effect of the three major components of enterprise standards system: management standards system, technical standards system and work standards system,and makes a qualitative analysis of the economic effect brought by enterprise standardization from the perspective of cost saving.
