以标准化促进县域共同富裕的德清探索及启示

Deqing’s Exploration and Enlightenment of Promoting Common Prosperity of Counties with Standardization

标准化建设是国家治理现代化的必然要求,是实现共同富裕目标的重要工具。德清县在以标准化推动经济高质量发展、精神富有可量化、环境整治长效化、公共服务均等化、基层治理数字化等诸多方面有丰富实践经验,同时也在县域共同富裕标准化实施过程中遇到标准化顶层设计、标准体系构建、标准实施绩效评估等瓶颈。本文结合实际,就如何更好地运用标准化思维引领推进县域共同富裕,提供了完善共同富裕标准化体系、创新共同富裕标准化体制机制、强化共同富裕标准化保障机制等几点思考和启示。

Standardization is the inevitable requirement of national governance modernization and an important tool to achieve the goal of common prosperity. Deqing County has rich practice in promoting high-quality economic development, quantifi able spirit, long-term environmental improvement, equalization of public services, digitization of grass-roots governance and many other aspects with standardization. It also encountered bottlenecks in the aspects of standardization top-level design, standards system construction, standard implementation effect evaluation and so on in the implementation of county’s common prosperity standardization. Combined with the reality, this paper provides some thoughts on how to better use the standardized thinking to lead and promote the common prosperity of the county, such as improving the standardization system of common prosperity, innovating the standardization system and mechanism of common prosperity, and strengthening the standardization guarantee mechanism of common prosperity.
