状态检查在高压开关设备型式试验中的应用

高压开关设备进行型式试验时,需要通过状态检查来判定开关设备的若干性能是否通过。状态检查包括绝缘性能检查和回路电阻检查。依据对标准的学习和理解,本文对状态检查在短时耐受、关合开断和温升等试验中的应用进行比对、分析,得出状态检查在样品试后判定的合理及准确性。希望对相关检验人员贯彻、理解国标对状态检查的规定提供帮助。

In the type test of high voltage switchgear, it is necessary to determine whether the performance of the switchgear passes the state check. The condition check includes the insulation performance check and the loop resistance check. Based on the study and understanding of the standard, this paper compares and analyzes the application of the state check in the tests of short-time tolerance, turn-off and temperature rise, and obtains the rationality and accuracy of the state check after the sample test. It is expected to help relevant inspectors to understand and implement the provisions of the national standard for state inspection.
