摘要
建立一套高校科研质量管理的有效方法对提升高校科研管理工作质量具有重要意义。内审是高校质量管理体系建设的重要手段,本文结合高校科研的特点,深入分析了高校在实施内部审核过程中存在的一些共性问题,并从提高全员质量意识、加强内审员综合素养、统筹策划内审工作和全面落实纠正预防措施四个方面有针对性地提出改进举措。
It is of great signifi cance to establish a set of effective methods to improve the quality of university scientifi c research management. Internal audit is very important to the quality system construction of universities. In this paper,combined with the characteristics of university scientifi c research, some common problems existing in the process of internal audit of quality system are analyzed in detail. The targeted improvement measures are put forward, such as improving the overall awareness on quality, strengthening the auditor’s comprehensive capacity, making overall planning of internal audit and fully implementing corrective and preventive measures.
