Review of Quality Infrastructure Legislation in Afghanistan

质量基础设施被联合国工发组织、世界银行等国际组织认为是促进经济、社会、环境可持续发展的重要支柱。近年来,我国与阿富汗在“一带一路”倡议框架下开展了多方面合作,质量基础设施领域的合作是其中的重要方面。本文主要介绍了阿富汗《标准法》的文本内容、质量基础设施的治理框架以及接受国际援助的情况,总结了阿富汗质量基础设施发展趋势,以期为我国更好地开展质量基础设施领域国际合作,以及“一带一路”倡议实施提供参考。

Quality infrastructure is considered by international organizations such as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization(UNIDO) and the World Bank as a pillar to promote the sustainable development of economy,social and environment. In recent years, China and Afghanistan have carried out various trade cooperation under the framework of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, among which quality infrastructure cooperation is an important aspect.This paper mainly introduces the Afghanistan quality infrastructure governance framework, and Afghanistan Law on Standardization, hoping to better make international cooperation in the fi eld of quality infrastructure, and promote the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.
