精神应对态度量表的汉化及其信效度研究

Chinese version of the spiritual and religious attitudes in coping with illness and its reliability and validity test

目的对精神应对态度量表(SpREUK-SF10)进行翻译及跨文化调适,并在恶性肿瘤患者中检测其信效度。方法按照Brislin翻译方法对正译、回译、文化调试及预实验;采用便利抽样方法于2020年9月-2021年3月,对某肿瘤医院201例恶性肿瘤者进行问卷调查,评价其信效度。结果中文版SpREUK-SF10包含2个维度、9个条目,包括对疾病的积极理解(4个条目),寻求精神支持(5个条目),累积方差贡献率为72.23%。量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.891,分半信度系数为0.864,重测信度为0.903;量表中各条目的I-CVI值为0.80~1.00,总量表的平均内容效度S-CVI为0.96。结论中文版SpREUK-SF10适用于中国文化背景,具有良好的信度和效度。

Objective To translate and cross-culturally adapt the Chinese version of the Spiritual and Religious Attitudes in Coping with Illness(SpREUK-SF10)and test its reliability and validity in patients with malignant tumors.Methods According to Brislin’s translation method,forward translation,back translation,cultural adaption,and pre-survey were carried out.The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 201 patients with malignant tumors in a cancer hospital and evaluate their reliability and validity.Results The Chinese version of SpREUK-SF10 contains 2 domains and 9 items,including active understanding of the disease(4 items)and seeking spiritual support(5 items).The cumulative variance was 72.23%.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.891,the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.864,and the retest correlation coefficient r was 0.903.The I-CVI value of each item in the scale was from 0.80 to 1.00,and the S-CVI value of the total scale was 0.96.Conclusion The Chinese version of SpREUK-SF10 is suitable for the Chinese cultural background and has good reliability and validity.
