Exploration of “1235 Teaching Mode” of Introduction to Management of Ideological and Political Education

在“管理学概论”课程教学过程中,以隐性思想政治教育理论为依据,探索出课程思政“1235教学模式”,即“遵循润物无声原则;采用主动嵌入法和随机引导法;用好线下课堂平台、网络课程平台和读书分享会平台;融入习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化、宪法法治教育、职业理想和职业道德教育”,有机地将育人和育才、显性教育和隐性教育、课内课外和线上线下统一起来,有效达成立德树人目标。

The “1235 teaching mode” is an effective teaching mode of ideological and political education in the teaching process of Introduction to Management which is based on the theory of implicit ideological and political education. The main contents of this teaching mode are to combine active embedding and random guiding, make good use of offline classroom platform, online course platform, and reading sharing platform, and integrate Xi Jinping’s new era socialism with Chinese characteristics, socialist core values, Chinese excellent traditional culture, constitutional law education, and the education of occupation ideals and occupation ethics. Therefore, the moral education will be realized by the unification of talent cultivation, explicit education and implicit education, in class education and extracurricular education, and online education and offline education.
