摘要
行动研究是以“问题”为中心的反思性研究,小学教育师范生教学实践能力的培养仍然存在不少问题,需要进一步探索实践取向的教师教育课程改革,优化课程结构与内容,实现课程实施的实践取向,以促进师范生教育教学理论与教学实践的融合,发展教育教学专业能力。
Action research is reflective research centered on “problem”. There are still many problems in cultivating the teaching practice abilities of normal students in primary education, and it needs to further explore the practice-oriented teacher education curriculum reform, optimize the curriculum structure and content, and realize the practical orientation of curriculum implementation, so as to promote the integration of educational theory and practice of them, and develop their professional abilities of education and teaching.
