摘要
当前,高校毕业生“慢就业”的就业观念和特征凸显。在供给侧背景下,高校毕业生“慢就业”表现为积极慢就业和消极慢就业,主要原因有来自人才培养方案偏传统、学科素养培养不到位、就业指导服务重理论轻实践、就业指导服务专业针对性不强等。笔者拟探究破解高校毕业生“慢就业”难题的可行路径,包括制定个性化的人才培养方案、提升学生学科专业素养、加强理论与实践活动的结合和针对专业特点制定服务方案,为今后创新性的人才培育和就业指导服务提供参考借鉴。
At present, the employment concept and characteristics of “slow employment” of college graduates are becoming more and more prominent. Under the background of supply side, the “slow employment” is manifested as positive slow employment and negative one, mainly due to the old-fashioned talent cultivation program, inappropriate cultivation of discipline literacy, emphasis on theory rather than practice in career guidance service, and poor profession of career guidance service. This paper explores the feasible ways to crack the problem of “slow employment” of college graduates, including formulating personalized talent training programs, improving students’ professionalism, enhancing the combination of theory and practice, and formulating service programs according to the characteristics of majors.
