输电线路变档距实验装置设计与研究

摘要 为了配合配网架空线路试验场所的建设,根据实际工况要求设计了一款输电线路变档距实验装置,给出了变档距实验装置的总体方案,包括平台、杆塔和轨道,完成了平台的设计、稳定性校核计算和整个实验装置的传动系统设计。利用三维建模软件SolidWorks和仿真软件ADAMS完成了对输电线路变档距实验装置的建模与仿真,对实验装置的位移、速度进行了分析,通过对输电线路变档距实验装置的行驶速度、横向偏移和轮轨接触进行了试验研究。结果表明:输电线路变档距实验装置能够实现变档距功能,并且运行稳定安全,为后续实验装置的进一步改进提供了理论基础。 In this article, in order to coordinate the field construction for the distribution-network overhead line test, according to the requirements of the actual working conditions, an experimental device for shift range of transmission lines is developed. Efforts are made to work out the overall scheme of the experimental device for shift range, including platform, tower and orbit;the platform is subject to the design as well as the stability-based checking and calculation;the experimental device’s transmission system is set up. The three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and the simulation software ADAMS are used to complete modeling and simulation of the experimental device for shift range of transmission lines;its displacement and speed are analyzed. Through a series of research on the experimental device’s driving speed, lateral offset and wheel-rail contact, the results show that the experimental device for shift range of transmission lines enjoys desirable function of shift range as well as stable and safe operation, which provides theoretical basis for improvement of experimental devices in the future.
