基于中红外技术的大蓟及小蓟鉴别研究

摘要 目的基于中红外光谱和化学计量学方法实现大蓟与小蓟的分类鉴别。方法采集不同地区的大蓟和小蓟样品,采用压片方法采集中红外光谱数据,建立大蓟和小蓟中红外指纹图谱,利用TQ分析软件进行色谱峰分析;用SIMCA软件进行主成分分析和偏最小二乘判别分析。结果大蓟和小蓟指纹图谱的走势和主要吸收峰位置基本相同,所建立的PCA-MD判别模型和OPLS模型可以将大蓟与小蓟进行区分。结论基于中红外光谱和化学计量方法可以对大蓟和小蓟进行区分鉴别。 Objective To realize the classification and identification of Cirsium japonicum and Cirsium setosum based on mid infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics.Methods Samples of Cirsium japonicum and Cirsium setosum from different regions were collected,and the mid infrared spectrum data were collected by tablet pressing method.The mid infrared fingerprints of Cirsium japonicum and Cirsium setosum were established,and the chromatographic peaks were analyzed by TQ analysis software;Principal Component Analysis and Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis with SIMCA Software.Results The trend of the fingerprint and the position of the main absorption peak of Cirsium japonicum and Cirsium setosum were basically the same.The PCA-MD discrimination model and OPLS model established could distinguish Cirsium japonicum and Cirsium setosum.Conclusion Cirsium japonicum and Cirsium setosum can be distinguished by intermediate infrared spectroscopy and stoichiometry.
