42例己酮可可碱注射液致患者不良反应病例分析

摘要 目的 研究我院己酮可可碱引起的药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction, ADR)发生特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,收集我院2021年1月17日至2022年5月31日上报至国家药品不良反应监测系统的己酮可可碱所致药品不良反应,对报告类型分布、患者一般资料、不良反应发生时间、累计系统-器官和临床表现、临床转归进行统计分析。结果 42例药品不良反应报告中,已知一般的药品不良反应35例(83.33%),新的一般药品不良反应6例(14.29%),新的严重的药品不良反应1例(2.38%);42例患者(其中男性15例,女性27例);>50岁患者不良反应构成比占83.33%,大多发生在用药2 h内(20例,47.62%);临床表现显示胃肠系统损害是主要的累及系统-器官,共29例(46.77%);其转归时间多在停药或对症治疗1~2 d内。结论 加强己酮可可碱用药监测,避免或者减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To study the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction(ADR)induced by Pentoxifylline in our hospital, and to provide suggestions for clinical rational drug use.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to collect ADRs caused by Pentoxifylline reported to the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System in our hospital from January 17,2021 to May 31,2022.The cumulative system-organ and clinical manifestations, clinical outcomes were statistically analyzed.Results In the 42 ADR reports, 35 cases(83.33%)were known general ADR,6 cases(14.29%) were new general ADR,and 1 case(2.38%)was new severe ADR.There were 42 patients(including 15 males and 27 females),and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients over 50 years old accounted for 83.33% and most of which occurred within 2 hours of medication(20 patients, 47.62%).The gastrointestinal system damage was the main involved system-organ, a total of 29 cases(46.77%),in clinical manifestations.The recovered time of all patients is mostly within 1~2 days after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Strengthen the monitoring of Pentoxifylline medication to avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
