摘要
大学职业生涯教育对社会和大学生发展具有十分重要的意义。随着国外职业生涯教育理论的引进和本土实践的发展,我国在该领域取得了一定的成就。但职业生涯教育评价还存在一些问题,包括教育评价本身得不到重视,评价目的价值取向偏颇,评价方法单一,评价主体一元等。为了使评价有效发挥功能,在构建职业生涯教育评价体系时应注重:职业生涯教育评价要贯穿教育全过程、全方面;职业生涯教育评价最终目的是促进学生终身全面发展;职业生涯教育评价方法应定性和定量相结合;职业生涯教育评价主体应多元;构建系统的职业生涯教育评价指标。
College career education is of great significance to the development of society and college students.With the introduction of foreign career education theory and the development of local practice,China has made certain achievements in this field.However,there are still some problems with the evaluation of career education,including the lack of attention to education evaluation itself,the biased value orientation of evaluation purpose,evaluation method is single and evaluation subject is unitary.In order to make evaluation function play effectively,we should pay attention to the following aspects when constructing the evaluation system of career education:the evaluation of career education runs through the whole process of education;the ultimate goal of career education evaluation is to promote students’allround development throughout life;the evaluation method of career education should combine qualitative and quantitative;the evaluation subject of career education should be diversified;a systematic evaluation index of career education is constructed.
