摘要
从利益相关者视角讨论分析了影响高职在线开放课程共享的利益相关者因素及其利益诉求,提出在线开放课程利益作用模式。在此基础上借鉴信息扩散场模型,从课程生产者、课程共享环境、课程使用者三个利益构成要素群进行分析,提出协调课程生产者与共享环境之间、课程生产者与课程使用者之间、课程共享环境与课程使用者之间的利益关系,以及通过多元联动,实现各利益主体共建共享、协同发展的在线开放课程共享策略方案。
From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper discusses and analyzes the stakeholder factors influencing the sharing of open online courses and their interest demands,and puts forward the interest action model of open online courses.On this basis,the information diffusion field model is used for reference,and the three benefit component groups of course producers,course sharing environment and course users are analyzed,and the interest relations between course producers and sharing environment,course producers and course users,course sharing environment and course users are proposed to be coordinated.And through multiple linkage,the sharing strategy of online open courses is realized through joint construction,sharing and collaborative development of all stakeholders.
