新时代下的老年人居住空间无障碍设计方式研究

Research on Barrier-free Design of Residential Space for the Elderly in the New Era

目前,我国人口老龄化的步伐在不断加快,怎样给老年人提供一个幸福的晚年生活,是目前急需要解决的问题。要想让老年人晚年有一个良好的生活质量,就应当从老年人的居住环境、生活的便捷性以及基础设施的改善方面入手。无障碍原则是老年人居住空间设计的主要根据,按照目前老年人的实际生活现状,以及最近几年老年人居住空间设计的走向,确立新时期老年人对居住空间的设计要求,摸索出一套适合老年人居住空间的无障碍设计方案,从而给老年人提供更为优质的居住环境。

At present,the pace of population aging in China is accelerating.How to provide a happy old age for the elderly is an urgent problem to be solved.If we want the elderly to have a good quality of life in their later years,we should start with the elderly’s living environment,convenience of life and improvement of infrastructure.The barrier-free principle is the main basis for the design of residential space for the elderly.According to the current actual living conditions of the elderly and the trend of residential space design for the elderly in recent years,establish the design requirements of residential space for the elderly in the new era,and explore a set of barrier-free design scheme suitable for the elderly living space,so as to provide the elderly with a better living environment.
