摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加茶树油对育肥猪血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选取64头初始体重为(68.13±0.46)kg的三元杂交育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加不同剂量的茶树油(100、200、300 mg/kg),预试期10 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,第28天200 mg/kg组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著升高(P<0.05),100 mg/kg组和200 mg/kg组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著升高(P<0.05),第56天3个试验组IgG水平均显著提高(P<0.05);300 mg/kg组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),200 mg/kg组和300 mg/kg组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著提高(P<0.05),200 mg/kg组背腰最长肌GSH-Px含量显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加茶树油对育肥猪的血清免疫及机体抗氧化指标有一定调控作用,建议饲粮中适宜添加水平为200 mg/kg。
The experiment was carried out to explore the effects of tea tree oil supplementation on serum immunity and antioxidant indices of finishing pigs.A total of 64"Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire"finishing pigs with similar initial body weight[(68.13±0.46)kg]were selected and randomly assigned to four groups with four replicates per group(four pigs per replicate).The pigs of control group were fed a basal diet and three other experimental groups were fed the same basal diets supplemented with 100,200 mg/kg or300 mg/kg tea tree oil,respectively.The feeding transition period lasted for 10 days and the feeding period lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:On 28th day,the concentration of IgG in 200 mg/kg group was significantly increased and the concentration of IgM in 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).On the 56th day,the concentration of IgG in experiment groups were significantly increased than that in the control group.The level of serum malondialdehyde in group300 mg/kg was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),while serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in 200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentration of GSH-Px in longissimus dorsi of group 200 mg/kg was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the dietary tea tree oil can regulate serum immunity and antioxidant indexes of finishing pigs to some extent.The optimal supplemental level in the diet is 200 mg/kg.
