白藜芦醇对脂多糖刺激肉鸡生长性能和肠道屏障功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究白藜芦醇(RES)对脂多糖(LPS)刺激肉鸡生长性能、肠道黏膜形态、黏膜二糖酶活性和肠道菌群的影响。采用2(是否LPS刺激)×2(0或400 mg/kg RES)双因素试验设计,选用240只1日龄健康AA肉鸡公雏,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。第16、18日龄和第20日龄,应激组肉鸡腹腔注射500μg/kg BW LPS,其余两组肉鸡腹腔注射等量生理盐水。试验期21 d。结果表明:(1)LPS刺激显著降低了肉鸡1~21日龄平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),显著降低肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度、绒隐比和杯状细胞数量(P<0.05),显著降低回肠黏膜麦芽糖酶和蔗糖酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低回肠微生物OUT数量、Chao1和Shannon指数(P<0.05),显著降低回肠厚壁菌门丰度(P<0.05),显著提高回肠变形菌门丰度(P<0.05)。(2)日粮添加RES有提高肉鸡1~21日龄平均日增重的趋势(P=0.081),显著提高十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度值和杯状细胞数量(P<0.05),显著提高回肠黏膜麦芽糖酶和蔗糖酶活性(P<0.05),显著提高回肠微生物Chao1指数(P<0.05),有提高回肠厚壁菌门丰度的趋势(P=0.089),显著降低变形菌门丰度(P<0.05)。(3)日粮添加RES显著缓解了LPS刺激引起的肉鸡平均日增重、十二指肠绒毛高度、回肠麦芽糖酶活性和Chao1指数的下降(P<0.05)及回肠变形菌门丰度的升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加400 mg/kg RES能够提高肉鸡生长性能并改善肠道屏障功能,在一定程度上缓解LPS引起的免疫应激。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of resveratrol(RES) on growth performance, intestinal mucosal morphology, mucosal disaccharidase activity and intestinal flora in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated broilers. A two-factor experimental design of 2(with or without LPS stimulation) × 2(0 or 400 mg/kg RES) was used. A total of 240 1-day-old healthy Arbor Acres male broiler chicks were randomly divided into four groupswith six replicates of 10 birds each. At the 16, 18and 20th day of age, broilers in the stress groupwere injected intraperitoneally with 500 μg/kgbody weight of LPS, and the rest two groups wereinjected intraperitoneally with an equal amount ofsaline. The trial period was 21 days. The resultsshowed that:(1) LPS stimulation significantly re-duced the mean daily weight gain and daily feed intake of broiler chickens at 1-21 days of age(P<0.05), significantly reduced the height of duodenal villi,the villi crypt ratio and the number of cupped cells in broiler chickens(P<0.05), significantly reducedthe ileal mucosal maltase and sucrase activities(P<0.05), significantly reduced ileal microbial OUTs,Chao1 and Shannon index(P<0.05), significantly reduced the abundance of Firmicutes and increased theabundance of Proteobacteria(P<0.05).(2) Dietary addition of RES had a tendency to increase the meandaily weight gain of broilers from 1 to 21 days of age(P=0.081), significantly increased duodenal villiheight, villi crypt ratio and number of cupped cells(P<0.05), and significantly increased ileal mucosalmaltase and sucrase activities(P<0.05), significantly increased the ileal microbial Chao1 index(P<0.05),had a tendency to increase the abundance of Firmicutes(P=0.089) and significantly decreased the abun-dance of Proteobacteria(P<0.05).(3) The dietary addition of RES significantly alleviated the decreaseof average daily weight gain, duodenal villus height, ileal maltase activity and Chao1 index and in-crease of the abundance of Proteobacteria caused by LPS stimulation in broiler chickens(P<0.05). Inconclusion, supplementation with 400 mg/kg of feed had a positive effect on broiler growth performanceand improved intestinal mucosal barrier function, and to some extent alleviated the immune stresscaused by LPS.
