摘要 为研究包被漆酶(CL)对公牛生长性能、养分消化和瘤胃发酵的影响,将48头安格斯公牛随机分为4组,分别在日粮中以CL的形式添加漆酶0、0.2、0.4、0.6 g/kg DM。试验期包括20 d的预饲期和60 d的正试期,进行数据和样品采集。结果表明:随CL添加量的增加,干物质(DM)采食量无显著变化(P>0.05),平均日增重线性显著增加(P<0.05),饲料转化率呈线性显著降低(P<0.05);DM、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率线性显著提高(P<0.05);瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸含量、乙酸/丙酸值和氨态氮浓度线性显著增加(P<0.05);总细菌、总真菌、总原虫、白色瘤胃球菌、黄色瘤胃球菌、产琥珀酸丝状杆菌、溶纤维丁酸弧菌和栖瘤胃普雷沃氏菌数量线性显著提高(P<0.05)。说明以CL的形式添加漆酶能改善公牛生长性能和瘤胃发酵参数,并且CL最适添加水平为漆酶0.4 g/kg DM。 This study evaluated the effects of coated laccase(CL)on growth performance,nutrient digestion and rumen fermentation in bulls.Forty-eight Angus bulls were randomly assigned into four treatments with supplementation of CL at 0,0.2,0.4 g/kg and 0.6 g/kg DM of laccase,respectively.The experimental period including 20 days for adaptation and 60 days for data and sample collection.The result showed that:dry matter intake was unchanged,average daily gain increased linearly(P<0.05)and feed conversion ratio decreased linearly(P<0.05)with increasing addition of CL.The digestibility of DM,organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fibre(NDF)and acid detergent fibre(ADF)increased linearly(P<0.05).Ruminal total volatile fatty acids content,acetate to propionate ratio,ammonia-N concentration and populations of total bacteria,total fungi,total protozoa,Ruminococcus albus,R.flavefaciens,Fibrobacter succinogenes,Butyrivibrio fibrisolvensand and Prevotella ruminicola increased linearly(P<0.05)with increasing CL addition.The results indicated that CL addition improved growth performance and ruminal fermentation in bulls and the optimum addition level of CL was 0.4 g/kg DM of laccase.
