从技术视角看北溪管道泄漏事件

摘要 穿越波罗的海从俄罗斯输送大量天然气到德国的北溪管道,是目前世界上输送能力最大、长度最长、管径最大的海底天然气管道,技术含量高,对我国天然气资源的引进及管道建设与运行具有重要参考价值。介绍了北溪管道的概况,着重从技术角度分析了其断裂和泄漏的原因以及修复的可行性,讨论了其对中俄天然气合作的影响,并就中俄油气管线建设关键技术研究提出了建议。 Nord Stream pipeline,which transports a large amount of natural gas from Russia to Germany through the Baltic Sea,is a famous offshore natural gas pipeline in the world with the largest transmission capacity,longest length and largest pipe diameter in the world at present.It has a high technical content and has important reference value for the import of natural gas resources,pipeline construction and operation in China.This paper mainly introduces the general situation of Nord Stream pipeline,analyzes the cause of its fracture and leakage as well as the feasibility of repair from the technical perspective,and discusses its impact on Sino-Russian natural gas cooperation.Finally,suggestions are put forward on key technolgy research involved in construction of Sino-Russian oil and gas pipelines.
