摘要
研究碳税政策下基于制造商、零售商、消费者构成的供应链系统减排策略选择分析,考虑在碳税影响下建立制造商进行减排技术投入、再制造技术两种减排决策模型,基于Stackelberg博弈理论,运用逆向求解法对减排成本系数、再制造投入技术系数进行分析,最后运用Matlab2016进行模型数值仿真。结果表明,政府实施碳税政策能够减少企业的碳排量,但是同时也会相应降低企业利润;减排技术的投入对企业碳排放起到抑制作用,但是对企业利润有负向影响;再制造成本的投入可以减少碳排放,同时如果在较为合理的碳税下,也可以对企业的利润起到正向作用。回收价格对制造商利润和零售商利润、碳排放量有负向影响。
This paper studies the selection and analysis of emission reduction strategies in the supply chain system composed of manufacturers,retailers and consumers under the carbon tax policy.Two emission reduction decision models of manufacturers’emission reduction technology input and remanufacturing technology were established under the influence of carbon tax.Based on Stackelberg game theory,the inverse solution method was used to analyze the emission reduction cost coefficient and remanufacturing input technology coefficient.Finally,Matlab2016 is used to conduct numerical simulation of the model.The results show that the carbon tax policy implemented by the government can reduce the carbon emission of enterprises,but also reduce the corresponding profits of enterprises;the investment of emission reduction technology can restrain the carbon emission of enterprises,but has a negative impact on the profits of enterprises;the input of remanufacturing costs can reduce carbon emissions,and under a more reasonable carbon tax,it can also play a positive role in the profits of enterprises.The recovery price has a negative influence on manufacturer’s profit,retailer’s profit and carbon emission.
